Sahar Villa is a unique, custom-built residence designed for a distinguished Iranian entrepreneur. The villa resides in a lush, well-established garden. The design’s primary objective was to preserve the natural environment while addressing the client’s specific requirements. Accordingly, the building harmoniously blends with its natural surroundings and the terrain on which it stands.
The villa’s design features a stone platform embodying the essence of basalt brutalist aesthetics, giving the impression that the structure emerges from the ground. The main living area is housed within a minimalist concrete box, showcasing exposed brutalist concrete and the unique patina of Corten steel. The project demonstrates minimal and precise detailing, creating a modern villa with original aesthetics and carefully curated perspectives.
The central courtyard serves as a sanctuary for two magnificent trees, enhancing the property’s natural beauty. Concrete surfaces with wooden mold textures complement expansive glass openings that frame picturesque views and allow abundant natural light to fill the interior spaces.
Sahar Villa is an authentic, cozy, and tranquil retreat that fosters a harmonious connection between its inhabitants and nature through its exceptional architecture and thoughtfully designed interiors.
