The office renovation in Sadaf Tower in the Kish Free Zone integrates historical significance with modern design concepts. The design preserves the steel structure and eliminates suspended ceilings to showcase the building’s unique architectural elements while incorporating contemporary features. With the aim of harmonizing visual appeal and practicality, the renovation includes applying a white matte coating to the steel ceiling, integrating lighting behind the wall-ceiling gaps, and designing walls that intentionally fall short of the ceiling, effectively creating an illusion of spaciousness and facilitating optimal illumination. This combination creates a sense of openness and connectivity throughout the space. Sound control techniques in conference rooms and the drilling simulator room ensure optimal acoustics. The overall design emphasizes creating a modern, efficient workspace that respects the building’s history and promotes connectivity and transparency.
