The Noosa Residential Complex draws inspiration from the traditional architecture of Kish Island and the coral reef ecosystem. Just as coral reefs provide shelter and connectivity for diverse marine life, the complex prioritizes creating well-ventilated outdoor environments with a focus on connectivity. The architectural form mirrors the organic growth of corals and uses modular hexagonal cells to regulate the dimensions of the apartment units. This design not only ensures optimal airflow but also maximizes panoramic views of the island for residents.
While upholding its commitment to connectivity and sustainability, the complex successfully reduces solar gain through algorithmic optimization techniques and strategic facade shading. The Nosa Residential Complex offers comfortable, functional, and eco-friendly living spaces that harmoniously integrate with the natural beauty of Kish Island.
