The Cube^2 is an innovative high-rise residential project that features twin towers reaching an impressive height of 120 meters. It was designed as an entry for a closed competition and eventually shortlisted as one of the top three finalists. The project showcases a forward-thinking approach to urban living.
Each tower is designed around a central void, forming a visually striking, hollow atrium filled with lush greenery. This vertical garden offers a unique sky lobby with a tranquil environment and encourages social interaction among residents while providing a shared space for leisure and recreational activities.
A sleek glass facade featuring a dynamic brick pattern of glass tiles lends the towers a sense of texture and depth while maintaining a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic. The project underscores its commitment to sustainability through energy-efficient features such as double-layered glass on the facade.
