EPSZK, a sustainable 2,500-square-meter facility designed by Architraz, sparked a pioneering urban development project in Felsőzsolca, Hungary. Providing essential services for children and families across 25 villages, the establishment of EPSZK revolutionized the city’s efforts to create a cohesive center and evolved into a comprehensive urban planning solution. The expanded project included strategic elements such as a new main square, improved connectivity, and integrated amenities like bank branches, a restaurant, a pastry shop, and an office building. Noteworthy additions to the area featured the installation of two bank branches, a restaurant, a pastry shop, and an office building, contributing significantly to the city’s economic growth. A practical 100-car underground parking facility showcases the forward-thinking design, effectively addressing parking demands during peak visitation. Furthermore, the project’s focus on accessibility and inclusivity is underscored by the specialized facilities for children with special needs at the center. This visionary project sets a new standard for urban development, demonstrating the transformative impact of strategic design and planning on local communities.
