In Damavand, a close-knit family entrusted us with designing and constructing a versatile villa on a 1500 sqm land plot.
We created a multi-generational sanctuary with a master bedroom, play area, library, and four additional bedrooms for future families.
The villa featured a spacious terrace, a double-height living room, and a kitchen with a connecting bar. We incorporated an elevator, a WC outside each level, and a botanical space. Despite the cold, snowy climate and rocky terrain, we designed a pitched roof for insulation and curved roofs using traditional methods. Our ingenuity and resourcefulness allowed us to create a stunning villa that met the family›s unique needs and constraints.
